Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Wetherill Park. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will play a key role within the daily management of the accounts team by working with an eye for detail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing and monitoring of incoming payments.
The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for credit applications and customer maintenance.
- Liaising with sales personnel and customers to ensure correct details and submitting for insurance cover and reviewing all required documentation. Fulfilling reporting requirements of all interested parties.
Processing all customer payments onto the accounts.
Completing all banking- EFT, credit card and cheque processing.
To Be Successful
At least one year’s experience working in an accounts receivable/ banking /credit control function
Able to build relationships and negotiate at all levels
Highly developed communication skills with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask people, events, systems and meet deadlines
