Join our Accounts team as an Accounts Payable Officer, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end supplier invoice processing and payment cycles, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Reporting to the Transactional Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timeframes
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipting documentation to validate billing
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Preparing and supporting weekly/monthly payment runs (and ad hoc payments as required)
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining positive vendor relationships
• Reviewing and processing employee expense claims in line with policy
• Assisting with month‑end and year‑end close activities, including reporting and reconciliations
• Identifying opportunities to improve AP processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• An ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail combined with organisational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
