About the Role

Join our dynamic team and provide support to our AR Manager and AR team in meeting the scheduled deadlines relevant to Accounts Receivable within the Finance Department. As a vital member of our Accounts team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Flexible day shift hours, working 38 hrs per week and 2 days WFH once training is completed.

Key responsibilities include:

Accurately enter and allocate payments received against outstanding invoices according to remittances.
Conduct debt collection activities in alignment with established KPIs.
Maintain and update customer records to ensure email and contact information are accurate.
Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.
Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Create invoices and credit notes as needed.
Daily generation and importation of invoice batch files.
Perform account reconciliations.
Prepare and process refund documentation.
Collaborate on projects as requested by the Accounts Receivable Manager

About You:

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, principles, and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (MS 365, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
An ability to work independently and as a team
Understanding of Debt Collection process
Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships
Excellent attention to detail combined with organisational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
