Job Description

This is an hybrid role for an Office Administrator located in Singapore. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing accounts, communication, customer service, and office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

Administrative assistance, Office Administration, invoicing sales account and Communication skills

Customer Service skills

Experience with office day to day operation on customer enquiry, service support and documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Experience in the Marine, Oil and Gas industries is a plus
