Sales Agent (B2B) – Food Startup

$18/hour plus commission

La Boîte Bento Asiatique is a fast-growing Montréal food startup specializing in chef-prepared Asian bento boxes. We’re looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Agent to grow our B2B accounts with schools, offices, and institutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to schools, offices, and organizations
  • Pitch our bento boxes and catering solutions
  • Book tastings, trials, and first orders
  • Follow up, close, and build recurring accounts
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the field
  • Handle administrative tasks when not in the field (follow-ups, reporting, coordination)

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Organized, proactive, results-driven
  • Willing to do administrative work as needed
  • Interest in food or startups is a plus

Compensation

  • $18/hour plus commission
  • 40 hours per week

Agent(e) ventes et marketing (B2B) – Startup alimentaire

La Boîte Bento Asiatique est une startup alimentaire montréalaise en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans les bentos asiatiques préparés par des chefs. Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) ventes et marketing terrain pour développer nos comptes B2B auprès des écoles, bureaux et institutions.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Prospecter des écoles, bureaux et organisations
  • Présenter nos bentos et solutions de traiteur
  • Organiser des dégustations, essais et premières commandes
  • Assurer les suivis et conclure des ventes récurrentes
  • Représenter la marque sur le terrain
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives lorsque non sur le terrain (suivis, rapports, coordination)

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en ventes et/ou marketing
  • À l’aise avec la prospection et les suivis
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et persuasion
  • Autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats
  • Ouvert(e) aux tâches administratives au besoin
  • Intérêt pour l’alimentaire ou les startups (un atout)

Rémunération

  • 20 $/heure
  • 40 heures par semaine
