Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
• Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally.

Shift Details

Day Shift: Suitable for candidates looking for regular daytime working hours.

Night Shift: Suitable for candidates comfortable working with international clients and overseas business hours.

Shift timings will be discussed during the interview.
