Admin Assistant
Mon-Fri
830am to 530pm
Pick up and drop off at Tuas West Road MRT Exit A
Location: Tuas area
Roles:
Taking phone calls when clients call in, take down their details, queries
Preparing Quotations, Invoicing, Admin work
Assist with other office admin work
Email, MS Word
Provide good customer service when communicating with customers on queries, orders, collection of payments
Salary is negotiable, following experience
