Minimum work experience: 2+ years
Shift timing: 07:45 am to 04:15 pm
Qualifications: Graduation
Skills Required:
1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular servicing of all school assets (ACs, Water Purifiers, Generators, Lift, Water Treatment Plant, DG, UPS, etc.) and address daily repair complaints promptly.
2. Vendor & AMC Management: Coordinate with external vendors, evaluate quotations, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for specialized systems like CCTV, Fire Alarms, PA systems, WTP, DG, Lift, etc
3. Site Inspections: Conduct daily rounds of the school premises to identify potential safety hazards, leakages, or structural damages.
4. Audit Compliance: Ensure the school meets all regulatory standards, including Fire Safety Audits, Water Testing, etc
5. Inventory & Budgeting: Maintain an inventory of essential spares and tools. Track maintenance expenses and assist in budget planning for major repairs or renovations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
