Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, record management, vendor coordination, and general office support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Support Billing team
- Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate office environments preferred.
- Experience in tally.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
