Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, record management, vendor coordination, and general office support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
  • Support Billing team
  • Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate office environments preferred.
  • Experience in tally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
