Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) | Saturday Half-Day (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Our organisation, based in the UK with a branch in India, works closely with international awarding bodies, students, and institutional partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing operations, preparing documents, generating invoices, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact among employees, freelancers, students, and clients.
  • Manage the flow of information and ensure timely and accurate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, and review memos, emails, presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external use.
  • Prepare, compile and organise documentation required for approvals from international awarding bodies and government authorities.
  • Generate invoices to stakeholders while maintaining proper financial records and tracking payments.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to manage tasks effectively.
  • Maintain and update operational and administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the management team by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and improving operational processes for higher efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – essential for working with a UK-based organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Freshers with strong communication and technical skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹9,198.82 - ₹15,000.00 per month
