Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and enhancing customer service experiences. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical tasks.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
