Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Advisor. This role is primarily administrative, with limited client interaction, and is key to ensuring smooth operations and efficient client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize client meeting materials, summaries, and reports for the Financial Advisor
- Process and follow up on client transactions and paperwork by communicating with product providers.
- Monitor incoming emails, respond as appropriate, and file correspondence accurately
- Maintain accurate client records and files
- Assist with internal reporting and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Bilingual (English and French)
