Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for two Administrative Services Specialists to play a key role in supporting communication and administrative functions for our One Stop Shop (OSS) and other BGE Retrofit products and services.

Location: With our Flexible First working arrangements we empower our colleagues to work in a way that best suits them – meaning location doesn’t need to be a barrier. You will however need to be flexible to work from our Dublin office on at least 2 - 3 days each week.

Key Accountabilities:

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing OSS pipeline progression tasks
  • Salesforce administration – monitoring incoming leads and opportunities
  • Handling escalations and prioritizing customer queries
  • Completing SEAI scheme-mandated tasks (portal access & activities)
  • Admin support for grants, vendor, and documentation management
  • Coordinating communications for civils works aspects of retrofitting
  • Managing complaints and refunds
  • Overseeing mailbox and homeowner communications
  • Providing admin support for On-The-Road OSS personnel

Here’s who we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer and stakeholder management experience
  • Familiarity with BGE systems (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Experience with SEAI grants/schemes
