Hoctor Refrigeration are looking for an Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, facilitating communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

Job Summary

The role requires a highly organised and detail orientated person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who will plan and lead on all elements relating to administrative duties. This role is based in the office 5 days a week.

Main Duties

· Take charge of administration support for colleagues.

· Generate, review, and send out invoices timely and accurately.

· Raising purchase orders

· Entering data, maintaining databases & maintaining accurate client information

· Produce invoices & statements.

· Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and files.

· Compiling various reports

· Support other ad-hoc tasks that may arise.

Criteria

· Accounts experience is desirable but not essential

· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.

· Strong Customer Service skills and attention to detail

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· A flexible approach to work

· Proven experience working in a busy professional environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday to Friday
