Role: HR Administrator
Contract: Full time. 6 months Fixed term
Hours: 08:30-17:30
Location: Rathcoole, Dublin

Purpose Of The Role:
To provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Ireland business across a range of HR activities. To assist the Ireland HR Department in developing, coordinating, and delivering a professional, integrated HR strategy and operational plan that supports the organisation’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Day to day HR administrative support and generalist guidance under the direction of the HR department
- Assist in coordinating an effective recruitment process, including scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracking database to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Carry out reference checks for all new employees.
- Prepare and issue new starter documentation promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive and professional experience for new employees.
- Support fortnightly and monthly payroll processes by assisting with data entry, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Maintain secure, accurate, and compliant personnel and training records in line with Data Protection Regulations.
- Assist in gathering, organising, and reporting HR KPI data for the HR team.
- Build strong working relationships across the business to support collaboration, share best practices, and provide reliable administrative support.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Confident problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT proficiency, including HR systems and MS Office
- Commitment to delivering excellent internal customer service
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Professional, confident, and approachable manner
- Experience in payroll administration
- Experience in recruitment coordination
- Experience in HR administration
- CIPD qualification beneficial but not essential
