The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is a landmark 4-star hotel with an unbeatable location in the heart of the medieval city, overlooking the historic Kilkenny Castle and the vibrant streets of the iconic Marble City.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
  • Responsible for the on boarding, induction and off boarding cycle
  • Weekly update of Flow training matrix
  • Monitoring of completion of Initial Skills Training Plans
  • Performing and tracking of Manual Handling Practical’s
  • To work in conjunction with the HRM in relation to further day-to-day administrative functions

About The Role

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is desired.
  • Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be efficient in multi tasking.
  • Be equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
