Description:
As a Administrator / Duty Manager at Cater Care Australia, you will be based in Mackay/Emerald/Rockhampton, QLD and play a crucial role within the CCS Operations department. This permanent, full-time position falls under the category of Site Management. Responsibilities:
- Site related administration paperwork, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
- Overseeing day-to-day operations at remote site locations.
- Managing and leading a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating staff rostering, training, and development initiatives.
- Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
- Supervising all aspects of site operations, including catering services, accommodation facilities, and associated amenities.
- Prioritising the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and clients through strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, financial transactions, and operational reports.
- Responding promptly to any issues or emergencies that may arise on-site.
- Assist the broader team as required
Roster: Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF
Skills and Experiences:
- 1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration, Duty Manager or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a remote team effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Sound knowledge of catering and hospitality operations
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Experience in rostering, staff management, and training
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a remote location
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Drivers License (Auto or Man)
- Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
