Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean in Tralee, Co Kerry are recruiting for a full-time office manager to provide a professional, efficient administrative support service to their team. The role is based in our Tralee office. The responsibilities & skill set required for the role of Office Administrator are listed below:
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, representing the Sherry Fitz Way in all dealings.
- To provide administrative assistance and support to the Managing Director and the overall team.
- Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email, mySherryFitz queries relating to the office such as arranging viewing appointments, market appraisals etc in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant RPS file.
- Prepare Terms of Engagement and ensure all compliance documentation is on file in advance of property being made available.
- Coordinate and manage marketing for properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts, social media
- Maintain organised, easy to access files on computer ensuring all files are complaint with GDPR, AML and PSRA regulation.
- Order photos & download to the relevant RPS (CRM system) property file.
- Update all window displays & ensure display screens in branch are kept updated.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house role preferred
- Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
