Key Responsibilities

Counselling learners for online UG & PG programmes.
Conducting consultative sales calls and closing admissions.
Handling inbound/outbound queries regarding degree programmes.
Managing leads using CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce preferred).
Achieving monthly enrolment targets.
Providing course advice, objection handling, and follow-ups.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Inside Sales (Direct student counselling): 2 years (Required)
Product demo/Video counselling: 2 years (Required)
Fluency in English & Hindi : 2 years (Required)
Data-driven decision-making: 2 years (Required)
