Job Descriptions:
Fullinfaws College is looking for Passionate, Enthusiastic, Target-driven Admission Counselors to offer PUC (Commerce and Science) and UG (B.Com - BBA - BCA) courses to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling & Guidance: Provide detail information and guidance to prospective students and their parents about various educational programs, courses, and admission procedures.
• Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, walk-ins, events, etc.).
• Sales & Admissions: Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets by converting enquiries into successful enrollments.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Documentation: Assist students with the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
• Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve admission strategies and offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions data, preparing regular reports for management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: English with Kannada/Hindi
• Experience (Preferred): 2 years in Admission Counseling (Preferred: for PUC and UG Courses)
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proactiveness: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
