1. Admissions Counsellor
a. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents.
  • Handle all enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, website leads).
  • Conduct detailed counselling sessions explaining school philosophy, boarding life, curriculum and pastoral care.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with parents.
  • Guide families through the entire admission process – forms, documentation, interviews.
  • Maintain accurate lead and enquiry records (CRM or manual).
  • Follow up consistently with interested parents.
  • Organise school visits, open houses and webinars.
  • Address parent concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Work closely with Principal and leadership team on admission strategy.
  • Represent the school professionally at education fairs and outreach events.
  • Collect feedback from parents to improve processes.

b. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Experience in school admissions / counselling / education sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with parents
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Organised, patient and emotionally intelligent
  • Comfortable using CRM, Excel, email and digital tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanour

2. Office Assistant (Administration Support)
a. Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations professionally.
  • Handle calls, emails, visitors and appointments.
  • Maintain student and staff records.
  • Support admission documentation and coordination.
  • Prepare official letters, notices and reports.
  • Assist with fee records and data entry.
  • Coordinate between academic and admin teams.
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies.
  • Support school events and meetings.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

b. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Pleasant personality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in school/office environment preferred

3. Systems Technician (IT & Network Administrator)
a. Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain and manage school network architecture.
  • Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls.
  • Maintain CCTV, biometric systems, access control and security infrastructure.
  • Manage servers, data backup and recovery.
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware & software systems.
  • Support smart classrooms, projectors, audio-visual systems.
  • Ensure cyber security and data protection.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues promptly.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC and upgrades.
  • Train staff on basic IT usage.
  • Ensure system uptime and smooth operations.

b. Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science / Networking
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of: Network configuration, Hardware troubleshooting, Server management, CCTV & security systems
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA / Network+ / Microsoft / Linux
  • Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
