About Data Quality Team:

Data Quality Team comprises of 8 colleagues in Mumbai who are responsible for updating data in Broking Platform Online as well as providing/removing access to 80+ carrier portals to requestors in North America (largely US). This team majorly ensures that the data present on all WTW platforms is accurate and up to date.

Job Summary

  • Updating changes in Broking Platform,

  • Providing access to multiple carrier sites

  • Removing access from multiple carrier sites

  • Communicate with the onshore team in North America to better understand the request and comply with the requirements

  • To pay attention to detail while work on each request

  • Ensure adherence to compliance procedures


Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Handle mailbox as per process and timeliness

  • Working on Carrier Access requests received via Service Hub/Email

  • Prioritize and organize work on daily basis as per business requirement

  • Ensure adherence to compliance procedures

  • Completing Mandatory trainings on time

  • Work closely with onshore teams to ensure effective delivery of client service

  • Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal - Offices/External - Carrier’s)

  • Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas

  • Deliver as per defined (KPI's) Key Performance Indicator for the role - Maintain Quality, Productivity, Turnaround standards
