Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering project goals, resource availability, and customer requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to address project risks.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities. Monitor resource utilization and capacity to optimize productivity and avoid schedule conflicts. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for project execution.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress against established plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify deviations, delays, or potential issues and implement corrective actions to minimize impact on project timelines. Generate regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any risks or issues that may affect project outcomes.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of risks on project execution. Regularly review and update risk management plans and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

Pay: $31.63 - $37.00 per hour
