Job Title : AGM Production Garments

Location : Attur - Salem District

Company : Leading Garment Knitting Industry

Purpose of Position

To oversee and coordinate all aspects of domestic garment production, ensuring efficient workflow management, quality control, and timely delivery of finished products according to dynamic demand.

To manage the team effectively to resolve day to day issues internally and externally.

To do effective coordination with cross functional teams and ensure respective TAT’s are adhered

Preferably worked in the Inner Wear Garment Knitting Industry

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate production schedules & follow up with domestic vendors
• Planning the Supply as per the demand so as to achieve weekly targets and to avoid sales loss
• Monitor production timelines and communicate progress to reporting manager
• Coordinate for Raw material, Trims & Accessories required
• Coordinate Product deliveries and Quality inspections
• To make sure all system related entries on time
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of production costs, material usage, Payment to vendors
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• New Vendor sourcing & Capacity Building as per demand requirement

Qualification Requirements

• Above 15 years of experience in garment production . Preferably working in domestic Innerwear brands.
• Thorough understanding of fabric ,Garment construction and production techniques

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Vendor management
• Good Network of local manufacturing and job working units

• Excellent communication skills in English and relevant regional languages
• Able to handle pressure situations with presence of mind
• Strong Analysis and problem solving skills
• Ability to take challenges with strong positive mind set

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
