Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales/profit goals; analyze market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales teams to enhance performance and ensure goal achievement.
- Channel Management: Onboard, nurture, and manage relationships with a large network of channel partners, coordinating joint sales efforts and events.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive direct client interactions, presentations, and manage the entire sales pipeline from inquiry to closure.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client bases, address queries, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales MIS, CRM updates, pipeline reports, and present performance insights to senior management.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and competitor landscapes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
