We're looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation systems, AI-driven workflows, and LLM-powered solutions that transform internal processes and drive business growth.

In this role, you'll work across automation platforms, APIs, Claude and other LLM tools, and custom scripts to create reliable, efficient, and well-documented workflows used across marketing, operations, and other business functions. You'll help reduce manual work, integrate data across systems, and develop scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Full-Time | Remote | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM PST/MST

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using Claude and other LLMs.
• Build and deploy Claude-integrated workflows within n8n, leveraging nodes, custom code, and API connections to automate complex business processes.
• Create multi-step AI workflows using Claude's API — including prompt chaining, context management, and structured output handling.
• Develop dashboards, automation flows, and cross-functional systems to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Write custom scripts and Claude-powered logic to handle complex integrations and decision-making flows.
• Connect and integrate third-party tools using APIs and webhooks.
• Build and customize website features, forms, and embedded automations.
• Connect and automate data flows with Google Sheets and Apps Script.
• Test, debug, and optimize workflows for reliability, accuracy, and LLM output consistency.
• Document workflows, prompt logic, and technical decisions for internal use.
• Collaborate with team leaders and members and clearly explain AI-driven technical workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in AI automation, LLM integrations, or workflow development.
• Hands-on experience building workflows in n8n with Claude or OpenAI API integrations — including HTTP request nodes, code nodes, and webhook handling.
• Strong working knowledge of Anthropic's Claude API — including model selection, prompt engineering, system prompts, and API parameters.
• Experience working with multiple LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, etc.) and knowing when and how to use each effectively.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON data structures, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
• Ability to write clean, functional code in JavaScript or Python for custom automation logic.
• Experience using Claude for coding tasks — including using Claude to generate, debug, and refactor scripts within automation pipelines.
• Experience with Clay for lead enrichment and AI-driven workflows. (Preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and patient with testing and prompt iteration.
• Proactive, fast learner, and open to feedback.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
