Ai Developer

Job Description:

dentsu is looking for an AI Developer to build and ship AI-powered solutions across client projects and internal platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing and technology, turning real business and marketing challenges into scalable, cloud-based AI applications.

This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and impact-driven — ideal for someone who enjoys building, deploying, and iterating AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship AI-powered applications across client projects and internal tooling, including marketing analytics, automation workflows, and predictive models
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing needs, translating them into technical solutions
• Design, build, and deploy cloud-based applications on Azure and/or Google Cloud
• Develop data pipelines, AI integrations, and production-ready solutions using modern AI coding tools
• Contribute to client projects across MMM, campaign analytics, and advanced marketing analytics

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Translate marketing and business challenges into working technical solutions
• Build, deploy, and iterate cloud applications using AI-assisted development tools
• Support and educate colleagues in adopting new AI tools, approaches, and ways of working
• Proactively communicate new solutions, tools, and best practices within AI, automation, and related technologies
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in data science and AI, evaluating and applying them to internal initiatives and client cases

Key responsibilities

• Develop data science and AI-driven solutions based on client marketing problems
• Lead and participate in sales meetings, presenting dentsu’s data science and AI value proposition
• Drive measurable business value for clients through analytics and AI solutions
• Contribute to team development, capability building, and training objectives
• Build strong client relationships to support long-term value creation and growth
• Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Who you are

• Comfortable working with cloud platforms and have deployed real-world solutions on Azure or GCP
• Fluent with AI coding tools and know how to guide them effectively
• Understand marketing concepts well enough to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions
• Curious, self-driven, and energized by moving fast and learning continuously
• Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across disciplines
