Job Title: AI Delivery Manager (Contract – 12 Months)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the organization’s AI strategy by managing external vendors, coordinating internal AI/ML teams, and ensuring seamless deployment of AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in cloud-based AI/ML pipelines (preferably Azure + Databricks), and a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.
• AI Strategy & Coordination
• Drive the organization’s AI roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of models and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI teams (data scientists, ML engineers, MLOps) to streamline development and deployment.
• Technical Oversight
• Oversee AI/ML pipelines on Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) and Databricks, ensuring best practices in CI/CD, model monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with data security, model explainability, and scalability requirements.
• Delivery & Risk Management
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and budgets, escalating issues proactively.
• Establish KPIs for AI model performance, vendor SLAs, and business impact.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Proven experience leading AI/ML projects with external vendors and internal teams.
✔ Strong knowledge of Azure and Databricks.
✔ Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD).
✔ Excellent stakeholder management – able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
✔ Background in data engineering, ML deployment, or cloud architecture is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LLM/GenAI deployment (RAG, fine-tuning).
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations (GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific compliance).
• Certifications in Azure AI/ML or Databricks.

Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
