Air Freight Operations Executive

Job Scope:

Air Freight Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in air import (break bulk) and air export.

· Prepare freight documents MAWB, HAWB, manifest and handle customs declarations and Trade net operations.

· Handle import shipments, including GST payments, import permits.

· Execute AWB based on customer service instructions ad comply with terminal/airlines requirements.

· Monitor shipments status and update customers timely.

· Attend to customers’ inquiries via email as needed.

· Resolve issues with customers, customs officials and agents/shipping.

· Work effectively in a team, communicating and understanding workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
