Job Overview:
As a Video Surveillance & Alarm Security Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our customers. This position involves monitoring live video feeds, responding to alarm alerts, identifying potential threats, and dispatching emergency services when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond promptly to various alarm signals, following established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and security personnel.
- Answer multiple phone lines, assisting callers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle service requests, analyze inquiries, and determine appropriate actions.
- Support team operations by completing assigned duties and assisting other departments.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- General computer proficiency
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends (All Shifts - Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Two days off per week
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18
- Previous experience in surveillance or customer service is a plus
Work Environment & Schedule:
- In-Person Position – Call center-style setting in Oklahoma City, OK
- Full-Time & Part-Time Available (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
- Overtime Opportunities
- Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work
Pay: Starting at $14.50 per hour
