Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the allocations process for new and vacant properties in your state
Assess housing applications, eligibility and supporting documentation
Conduct onsite viewings and sign-ups across multiple locations
Collaborate with Housing Officers and support services to ensure seamless handovers
Maintain accurate records and manage vacant property turnaround timelines
Contribute to the marketing of housing opportunities and support applicant engagement
Prepare KPI and compliance reporting and support continuous improvement of processes

Experience in housing, community services, or a related field (or transferable skills)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Great communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable communities
Current driver’s licence and willing to travel as needed.

You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
