About World Travel Protection
This role is part of World Travel Protection, our global medical and security assistance business supporting many of Zurich Cover-More’s travel insurance brands. We support both corporate and leisure travellers – helping them avoid risks before they escalate and connecting them with the right experts when emergencies arise. With deep expertise in global travel risk management, we’re trusted by travellers, corporate risk managers, and organisations worldwide to prepare for potential threats and respond when it matters most. Operating 24/7 from our global assistance centres, we’re always ready to answer the call – wherever in the world it comes from.

What you’ll be doing:
The Project & Implementation Lead will oversee and provide strategic direction in the end-to-end delivery of a new enterprise platform, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new platform, from initiation through to deployment and transition
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and reporting
Drive cross-functional coordination across business teams, technical teams, and vendors
Oversee platform configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and release activities
Ensure technical designs align with architectural principles, security requirements, and scalability needs.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Qualification in Project management (e.g PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certification)
• Experience in technology transformation projects (travel and travel risk management experience, highly regarded)
• Strong documentation skills, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and status reporting
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills with high learning agility, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
