What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring 2 proactive junior architects who don’t wait for instructions — they take charge.
You’ll be someone who can see the full picture, manage site coordination, communicate with vendors, and ensure design intent is executed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between design team, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, report updates, and proactively resolve issues on site.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and detailed drawings as required.
• Manage timelines, materials, and ensure work meets Studio XZ’s design standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects — from concept support to site handover.
• Assist in client meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.

What We Expect

• B.Arch degree (fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience preferred).
• Strong sense of accountability — you get things done without being chased.
• Basic understanding of drawings, site coordination, and vendor management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus.
• A learner’s mindset — we value curiosity and initiative over experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
