Job Description
Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for new building projects, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Oversee the development of construction documents and manage the bidding process for construction contracts.
- Work with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that building systems and structures are safe, efficient, and comply with local codes and regulations.
- Should have thorough knowledge of drawings and rules.
- Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of architecture.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
