We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Administrator with a strong background in Architecture to join our team. A dynamic and high initiative individual who can coordinate across the engineering team to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities. This is a remote and flexible work opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Able to understand schedules and drive coordination
• Communicate with engineers and cities to drive the permit process under the guidance of the PM.
• Assist construction managers with projects.
• Assist engineers on construction projects with design changes and reviews.
• Assist with city submissions and bank submissions for construction-related items.
• Assist with updates to owners of projects.
• Assist subcontractors and general contractors with the items they need from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills

• People with an Architectural background will only be shortlisted
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Highly skilled in communication to work in teams and build teams
• High level of organisation across schedules and information
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
