We are welcoming Architectural/Engineering Graduates to join our Design Team Located in Cork City working on UK External Facade Projects. Gain experience in a desirable market.

Job description listed below:

• Graduates with Architectural / Enginneeing backgrounds confident using Revit welcome to apply.
• Able to attend the Cork City office in person each working week.
• Working hours Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:15pm - Friday 8:00-1:15pm (Half-Day)

• VISA Applications not supported.
• Carrying out all stages of design concerning Light Gauge Steel Facade systems
• Opportunity to attend UK Projects.
• Learn to locate/source drawings on project CDE’s and issue requests for information if not available through RFI’s.
• Interpreting structural/architectural working drawings to develop Cad/Revit/BIM design information.
• Work with Designers/Structural Engineers to develop project specific construction details, and good team communication/work.
• Liaise with Clients, Architects, and Main Contractors in delivering design in line with building regulations, structural requirements, building services requirements and specification requirements.
• Developing drawings and issuing to the Design Manager for approval before issuing them to Project team for approval/review etc..
• Coordinating and issuing Construction status drawings to the relevant site team.
• Estimating material quantities/sizes for delivery onsite.
• Preparing O&M Manuals and issuing to the relevant clients at the end of each project.specialising
• Ability to prioritise & organise efficiently.

Pay: €32,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
