Area Sales Manager – Dublin & Leinster Region
OTE up to €70,000 + Company Car + Established Territory

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and growing our presence across Dublin and the surrounding counties. You'll take key responsibility for managing an established sales area while identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where success comes from understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating long-term partnerships. Working closely with installers, electrical wholesalers, and security distributors, you'll represent one of the industry's most respected brands in automation, intercom, access control, and security solutions.

CAME’s product range covers both mechanical and electrical sectors, with core offerings including gate automation and video entry systems, alongside advanced solutions in IP, cloud and smartphone connectivity. As an Area Sales Manager at CAME, you’ll develop the ability to clearly communicate technical features and create value through strong, credible product knowledge that customers can rely on.
Your Next Role…
- A strategic sales territory comprising of regular spending professional installers and electrical wholesalers
- An 70/30 split between managing customer accounts within the existing customer base and seeking out new prospects.
- The variety of working out in the field, building strong relationships with industry professionals, alongside a minimal amount of time in the office for administration
- Support from our knowledgeable and experienced Internal Sales, Technical and Marketing teams based in both the Ireland and the UK.
Typically, an Area Sales Manager at CAME Ireland spends four days per week in the field visiting customers, with one day based in our Dublin office for administration, appointment setting and general sales follow-up. The initial training period will be delivered across our various offices, including some travel to our UK sites in the East Midlands and Hemel Hempstead.

The sales territory is for Dublin and surrounding counties, meaning candidates are ideally based on patch in or around the Dublin area, in easy reach of our offices in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to €70,000 OTE per annum, dependent on experience, you will also receive a company car, laptop, mobile phone & iPad, complementary corporate attire and 20 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service.
