We are seeking a creative and dynamic Art Teacher to host and manage our YouTube live sessions for art workshops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational art sessions, ensuring smooth execution of the live streams, and maintaining high standards of content as per Rooftop’s SOPs. This role requires a well-trained artist who can captivate a virtual audience, interact with participants, and create a lively online learning environment.
The ideal candidate will also plan, curate and host workshops in collaboration with galleries, museums and corporates. They will also be told to take care of overseas and outstations workshops and experiences.
Apart from the above, the art teacher will also connect with like minded passion creative hosts in or outside the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Coordination:
• Design and manage the programming for YouTube live sessions in collaboration with the Rooftop team.Ensure that each session aligns with the set calendar of events and follows the thematic and seasonal guidelines of Rooftop.Coordinate with artists and art specialists to ensure the workshop content is well-prepared, engaging, and adheres to Rooftop’s exclusive content policies.
• Workshop Facilitation:

Host art workshops live on YouTube, teaching participants step-by-step to create artwork while following the Rooftop SOPs.Engage the virtual audience through interactive methods, such as Q&A, live feedback, and real-time art critique.Adapt teaching techniques to suit a diverse audience with varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced participants.

• Technical Execution:

Ensure the technical setup for YouTube live sessions is flawless, including camera setup, audio clarity, and stable internet connectivity.Monitor the live stream for quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the session to minimize disruption.Collaborate with the Rooftop tech team to ensure a seamless user experience for both the host and the participants.Keep the audience engaged throughout the session with lively conversation, motivational tips, and creative insights.Foster a sense of community among participants by encouraging interaction and collaboration during the live workshops.Collect feedback and respond to participants’ comments to continually improve future sessions.Follow Rooftop’s guidelines on exclusivity, originality, and participant engagement during every live session.Maintain a professional and respectful teaching environment that aligns with Rooftop’s brand values.Ensure that all workshops feature unique, self-made designs and are not replicated elsewhere.Stay updated with the latest trends in art and online teaching to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the workshops.Regularly review performance metrics from live sessions and implement strategies to enhance audience retention and satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming sessions, special events, and artist highlights.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in specific art forms are a plus.
• Proven experience in hosting live art workshops, both online and offline.
• Proficient in a variety of traditional and modern art techniques.
• Familiarity with YouTube live streaming tools and best practices for hosting virtual events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and teach a virtual audience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple live sessions and adapt to a flexible calendar.
• A genuine passion for Indian folk and tribal art forms and a desire to share this knowledge with a global audience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with platforms like Rooftop, Rajasthan Studio, or similar art-focused organizations.
• Knowledge of digital tools for art creation and live demonstrations.
• Ability to create a visually appealing workspace setup for virtual sessions that enhances the viewer’s experience.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude to work with a diverse team of artists, content creators, and technical staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
