ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at our Head Office, this is a 7 month fixed-term contract within our Retail Team. Reporting to the Asian Business Manager, this position functions as the principal cultural and commercial liaison between the brand and its Asian customer base. You are responsible for driving operational excellence, managing localised digital communications on platforms like Rednote and WeChat, and identifying new market opportunities to grow the company's revenue stream. Your responsibilities will include:

Support & Reporting:

• Support the Asian Business Manager in preparing fortnightly business reports covering sales performance, target tracking, and retail insights
• Support planning and execution of boutique VIP events, ensuring alignment with brand image and client experience standards.
• Coordinate promotional activities during festivals and retail moments relevant to the Asian market.
• Manage and monitor local livestream, assist livestreamers to liaise with the boutique and achieve the target
• Collaborate with Rednote livestream hosts to prepare product information, schedule planning, customer service & return/exchange/refund.
• Assist Asian Business Manager with external and internal stakeholders, such as arrange samples from the buyers for livestreamers from interstate and overseas; Coordinate with Ctrip and boutiques to enhance customer conversion performance and sales revenue.

PR Agency Management & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the PR agency on a day-to-day basis. Coordinate and facilitate bi-weekly catch-up meetings to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
• Provide regular updates to the Asian Business Manager regarding the agency’s latest initiatives, campaign progress, and industry trends.
• Prepare necessary creative assets and materials for the PR team. Responsible for reviewing and approving all localized content for RED and WeChat Official Account to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the PR team to facilitate and execute seeding programs with domestic (China-based) celebrities and Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand visibility.

Digital Engagement & Social Media

• Coordinate and execute photoshoots for each WeChat product drop and campaign.
• Create and post WeChat Moments for new arrivals, promotions and events in alignment with V&W brand voice.
• Design, schedule and publish WeChat group messages for product launches or special events.
• Manage client communication via WeChat, including pre-sale enquiries and post-sale aftercare.
• Provide styling direction confidently with that is on brand and with detailed product knowledge.

YOU WILL BRING

• Full proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a requirement for this role.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer-facing positions
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, especially for the Asian market.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage competing priorities effectively
• An approachable and professional communication style, with the ability to build trust and loyalty with VIP customers and external stakeholders.
