Salary: $115,162 - $139,851 Plus Superannuation
Job Type: Fulltime, Fixed term (2 years)

Overview of role:
As Asset Data and Systems Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team shaping the future of Coliban Water’s asset information and systems. From enhancing GIS and AIMS to setting data standards and driving continuous improvement, you’ll ensure high-quality insights that support smarter decisions and better outcomes for our customers and community.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Asset Data & Systems Manager, you’ll be accountable for:
- Systems & Strategy. Oversee AIMS and GIS systems to meet business needs, develop lifecycle strategies, maintain vendor relationships, and align with corporate and pricing plans.
- Asset Data Improvement. Lead the Asset Data Management Plan, identify and close data quality gaps, implement automation, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Asset Management & Compliance. Drive alignment with strategic objectives, support asset management improvements, and ensure compliance with the Asset Management Accountability Framework.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement. Lead and develop a high-performing team, foster collaboration across departments, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent Coliban Water in external forums.
- Project & Financial Management. Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX delivery, funding cases, and act as project manager for major initiatives.
- Greater than 5 years’ experience directly managing multiple technically diverse teams responsible for the collection and management of asset management data.
- Knowledge of the Asset Management Accountability Framework and or the ISO550001 Standard
- A tertiary degree in engineering, information technology, asset management, geospatial or other relevant degree (desirable)

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5 $115,162 – $139,851 Plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
