We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver the outstanding service our guests have come to love.

About the Role

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of bar operations. Working closely with the Bar Manager and senior team, you’ll help lead our bar team, uphold service excellence, and drive the continued success of our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Drive sales through effective upselling, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management to maximise profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Support ongoing staff training and development initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in a bar supervisory or management role (hospitality background essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for people and service.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
