About the role
Are you ready to grow your career in brand marketing while working with some of Australia’s most trusted health and wellness brands?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our team and support the long-term success of Nature’s Way, Bioglan, Sambucol, and other leading names in our portfolio. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, you will execute marketing activities that drive brand growth and consumer engagement. You’ll develop and implement initiatives across all aspects of the marketing mix—giving you hands-on experience and the opportunity to sharpen your marketing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Track and analyse weekly scan sales performance
Conduct forecasting and stock control assessments
Support sales force with information/requests
Oversee and execute point-of-sale strategies
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
Lead digital marketing efforts and coordinate social media campaigns
Manage work flow of design through the internal graphics studio
Coordinate daily activities with external partners
Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches
Skills and Experiences:
About you
2+ years as a Marketing Assistant, Ecommerce Specialist, or similar
Experienced in managing supply chain operations across a wide range of SKUs.
Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills and the
ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
Ability to deal with other internal departments.
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Sound PC skills and Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
