Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support new business and branch profitability
• Review customer credit and loan eligibility; process and prepare loan applications
• Make responsible loan underwriting decisions aligned with company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Prepare daily branch bank deposits and transport funds when required
• Assist with account management, recovery efforts, and collection calls using a customer-focused approach
• Support branch operations by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork, accountability, and communication
• Educate customers on all available products and services, including tax services

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet individual and branch goals
• Team-oriented, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable using computer systems and office software
• Ability to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
