Job Description
House of Knives is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting daily operations, and developing leadership skills in a professional environment.
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. If you are organized, responsible, and eager to learn, we provide the support and training needed to help you succeed.
This is a remote position available across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily business operations and team coordination
- Assist with managing schedules, tasks, and workflow
- Communicate with team members and provide operational support
- Help improve processes and maintain high-quality standards
- Assist with customer service and problem-solving when needed
- Track progress on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Support management with administrative and organizational duties
- Participate in team meetings and company initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous leadership, customer service, administration, or retail experience is an asset but not required
