The role of Manager is crucial to the success of our business. They are responsible for hiring, developing and mentoring the club sales staff and with that staff, achieving membership sales goals. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance. We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. This is a full-time position with full medical and vision benefits. They are paid hourly and/or commissions plus bonuses and receive a complimentary club membership. There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23,427.00 - $62,347.00 per year
