Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the company's productivity and performance
• Manage and lead a team of employees, training and supervising staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve goals
• Communicate with senior management and other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its objectives
• Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise, ensuring that all issues are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role.
• Having 4+ years of experience in the KPO/US Operations industry.
• Have direct exposure with onshore clients or have worked in onshore client-facing roles.
• Must have handled a team of at least 5 members.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant software.

Shift: - 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM IST & 01 PM- 10 PM

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
