Job Title: Weekend Sales Manager – Gym

Location: LA Fitness Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, Alberta
Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday are a must!
Reports To: General Manager / Membership Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Weekend Sales Manager to lead membership sales and support operations during peak weekend hours. As the face of the gym on weekends, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing front desk staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new membership sales and meet or exceed weekend sales goals.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting gym features and benefits.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Monitor facility appearance and report maintenance or safety issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
• Assist with weekend promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness or retail.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive a high-performance culture.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Base hourly rate + commission on membership sales

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
