ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Limerick

Circa €30,000.00/annum

Plus, opportunity for bonus, commission and incentives

37.5 hours per week

(Monday - Thursday & Alternating Friday/Sunday)

Store opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and Sunday we are open 1:00pm - 5:00pm only.

Management work 37 ½ hours on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday and Saturday off or a Saturday and Sunday off.

What are we looking for?

A current assistant store manager or experienced supervisor with retail, or similar management/supervisory experience, to join our team at Limerick.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A passion to develop and succeed.
• Stock management, including hands on replenishment, stock counts and booking in experience.
• Supervisory skills and/or previous management experience of a small team.
• An interest & desire to learn about new hair, nail & beauty products.

On a day to day basis, you will assist the manager in all aspects of their role; this includes covering the store in their absence, providing support in the supervision of 3 key staff within the team, adding a valuable contribution towards achieving sales & profit targets & delivering on the Company vision “every customer will recommend us”.
