Aqua Bay is a locally owned retail, service and construction company located in Belleville and Kingston. We offer a wide selection of products: specializing in swimming pools, spas, patio furniture, water softeners, UV systems, barbeques, boat docks, boat lifts, darts, billiards, game tables, and saunas. Aqua Bay offers goods and services to residential and commercial clients, striving for the highest quality workmanship and ultimate client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and satisfaction through consistent application of store processes and standards (e.g. cleanliness, pricing integrity, inventory management)
- Maintain and promote a close working relationship with staff providing direction, feedback and training relative to policies and procedures
- Manage a balanced inventory selection, capitalizing on increased profits through effective merchandising.
- Responsible for executing programs to maximize budgeted sales, gross profit and contribution.
- Responsible for administrative activities, as required, financial reporting and labour scheduling.
- Generate leads and qualify customers for sales/installations.
- Lead and motivate staff, instilling a strong team spirit at store level.
- Create Purchase Orders and Customer Orders
- Open/Closing Duties
- Cash Management
- WHIMIS compliance and training.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What do we need from you?
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous retail operations experience in a store environment (3-5 years experience an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and manage others.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Available anytime (day/evening/weekends)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Systems skills (Email, CRM, SAP, and Microsoft applications).
- Minimum grade 12 education (required).
- Experience in customer relations and product merchandising.
- Experience working with P&L statements.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Works hands on
Other priorities we are looking for:
- Great knowledge about pool systems, landscapes, and recreational renovations.
- Post-secondary education in Business (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
