What you’ll be doing

Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive store performance.

Deliver next-level customer experiences that make every shopper feel like a legend.

Manage stock, merchandising, and day-to-day processes with precision and pride.

Champion safety, compliance, and care for your team and customers.

About you

You’ve got proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or similar).

You’re people-focused, results-driven and love helping your team succeed.

You’ve got strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You’re hands-on — not afraid to get on the floor, move stock, or fire up a grill demo.
